DIAMOND RESIDENCES CLUB PRIVILEGES & CHARGES

Membership Initiation charges are waived for buyers of Diamond Residences. Annual membership fees are waived for owners of the residences, for the duration of their ownership.

A number of exclusive privileges are enjoyed by residence owners, including:
» Full access to all Elounda S.A. resorts facilities and amenities.
» Free use of electric club car for each residence.
» Exclusive use of the Diamond Beach and Diamond Club and Lounge.
» Exclusive use of Diamond Concierge services.
» Room Service provided to Elounda Peninsula service standard year-round exclusively by Diamond Club.
» In-residence chef hire service.

And a significant privilege, preferential discounted prices are offered to Diamond Club members on a number of items, including:
» All Elounda S.A. restaurants and bars.
» The Six Senses Spa, the 9-hole golf course, the Childrens’ Ark daycare center, tennis courts and lessons, yacht charters, watersports etc.
» Accommodation charges for extra guests at all Elounda S.A. hotels.

Owners are charged for maintenance services on an annual basis and occupancy services on a per day occupied basis, for their residence to be fully operational, maintained and ready. Optional housekeeping charges are paid by owners on an “a-la-carte” basis, selecting frequency of visits, linens, etc.
